Commissioning Engineer
- Machine tool precision assembly and debugging, responsible for the final quality of the machine also.
- Prepare for assembly according to the product assembly diagram, and assemble the product according to the assembly process.
- Have the ability to operate drilling machines, milling machines, precision testing of grinding machines, installation surfaces of guide screws, use of various testing instruments, timely feedback on error analysis ability, and problem-solving in assembly.
- Propose new assembly techniques and methods, and provide rational suggestions.。
Electrical Engineer
- Electromechanical debugging of CNC machine tools (circuits, PLC, NC, machine tool engineering and precision), capable of operating CNC machine tools with Siemens systems.
- Maintain the circuit diagram and electrical BOM list of CNC machine tools.
- Participate in guiding the electrical assembly and wiring of machine tools, and be able to check alarms and circuits.
PLC Application Engineer
- Developing the interface and functionality based on the Siemens system.
- Algorithm and program for research and development of precision inspection and compensation.
- Precision testing, adjustment, and trial-cutting procedures are established to improve production efficiency.
- Developing a parts processing plan to fully and reasonably utilize the equipment's characteristics, with a professional demeanour, logical speech, and the ability to provide technical explanations and training.
After Sale Service Engineer
- Responsible for the installation, debugging, and maintenance of machine tools;
- Quickly resolve various malfunctions of machine tools, and provide timely telephone support or on-site services.
- Provide on-site training for customers on how to operate and maintain the equipment, ensuring that customers use and maintain the equipment correctly.
- Assist customers in purchasing required spare parts and track them, providing support for sales.
- Collect and provide feedback on machine tool failures and issues, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Be able to understand mechanical drawings, and be familiar with basic mechanical principles, electrical principles, pneumatic and hydraulic principles.
